EXTREME FEATHER SHEDDING! I’m not sure what’s worse.. the constant shedding and poking through the couch or the $50 offer for inconvenience after submitting a complaint with proof. I was told the shedding would stop but it’s been over a month of consistent shedding. I’ve tried fluffing & vacuuming on a regular basis but nothing has helped. Now I plan to replace the couch entirely and spend even more money for a new one. But definitely not from here.

We love our sofas. Got one for the media room, and purchased another for the family room. Great quality sofa. The air leather material is a fine touch, easy to clean, very comfortable. Will purchase more stuff.

Great couch - looks great and just as pictured. Great customer service too regarding shipping times, and when the couch was delivered without one of the cushions, the problem was mitigated quickly with the correct cushion being sent immediately after I reported the problem. Would recommend!

The quality of the bed was phenomenal. Free shipping, and in under a week to Florida at that. The instructions for assembly could've been better, but we figured it out and enjoy it every night.
