I had a great shopping experience from the moment I enter the site and until I received the order. It was so good to have a real person helping me, describing in detail the products and guiding me through the ordering process. And everything done very professional, knowledgeable and with heart. Lisa and Nora did a marvelous job. They also accommodated me with the delivery timing. I am also very pleased with the furniture I bought. Good quality and looking perfect in my place. The only thing I believe it could be improved, it is to have more deliveries options, besides the curbside delivery. Especially when there are heavy boxes of furniture.

Lisa gives an excellent customer service experience
Lisa was excellent at follow up, provided additional discounts and explained how the process works when purchasing furniture at 25home. She even assisted me with issues I was having with "After-pay". I appreciated the best ever customer service I received. I brag to everyone about purchasing quality furniture from 25home. The communication process with shipping was excellent! My delivery will be this week and I will make another review once I receive my furniture. I can't wait!!

Cheap materials and poorly built
I bought a sofa from here, it was poorly built. On the descriptions it said the material is memory foam, but the sofa is made from goose feathers. The sofa cane with 2 sections, and the clamps connecting them is missing, so when we sit sometime it split apart.

Good communication and accurate info. Came super fast snd very well packaged! Couch looks great and easy to put together. Ottoman is super flexible! I made the mistake thinking it is real leather. But I guess it was not listed as genuine leather. It is a bit slippery when we sit on it!

Couch Purchase
When I decided to buy a couch through 25home I looked through the many options and found so many beautiful items. The website was lovely and I knew exactly what I wanted right away. From the beginning of the process of ordering exactly what I wanted I was lucky enough to have the most wonderful person to help me in the person of Fiona. She helped me with the many questions I had and continually kept me updated on the progress of my order. I never felt like I was just a number in the system. I felt like a valued customer. We are very pleased with our purchase and want to thank Nora for her communication as the couch made its way to us but the biggest thanks goes to Fiona from the very beginning and even after we received the couch.
