25home FurnitureReviews of 25home.com

I looked at so many sofas and the sandwich sofa was the one. The deep cushions and pillowtop arms are perfect, and the material is super comfy, great for sprawling out and reading, napping, relaxing. I wanted a sofa that I would be happy to come home to everyday, and this is it. Nora from the customer service center kept me regularly updated on the shipping, and is so friendly and professional. This was especially reassuring since I ordered from the website, which was also easy to do. Thank You 25home, and thank you Nora, you're the best!

Customer service was incredibly communicative and answered every neurotic email I sent about the shipping and delivery timeline. Our couch came in two large boxes, and there was a box each for our ottoman and two chairs. A couple of the boxes had damage but the furniture inside was perfectly intact. We are very happy with the quality of all of the furniture pieces; they are aesthetically attractive and very comfortable. I was nervous to go through an online retailer when we hadn't tested out the furniture, but it worked out and I'm so glad that it did! The only thing that was annoying to me was that the website showed a delivery date of 3-5 days and then the order confirmation showed 10-30 days- our furniture came in that latter window. The advertising on the website should be more transparent.

Wonderful couch... received everything as advertised. No complaints so far.

Well, if I’m being honest, I was skeptical about ordering a $3,000 couch without sitting on it first. But, I am so glad I did. It has exceeded my expectations, as well as the top tier customer service representatives I had the pleasure of working with. Simon and Nora ensured my entire shopping/shipping process was as smooth as it could be and I couldn’t be happier with this experience. Although the process started out rocky when I was told I purchased an out of stock couch (even though it didn’t specify on the website), the team contacted me immediately and let me know it would still be delivered on time. They even included a free accent chair as a gift for the inconvenience. I am pleasantly surprised on how professional and accommodating this entire process has been. I would highly recommend 25Home for any furniture, especially the sandwich sectional that I purchased. Thank you 25Home for this experience. For reference, I saw this brand as an AD on Instagram and wasn’t even sure it was a legit company at first. But after looking at countless reviews and YouTube videos, I can say with certainty it is a real and legit company that will exceed your expectations.

I ordered a sectional couch that has a left-hand and a right-hand side. Received two right-hand sides. I noticed that one of the boxes had a “left hand” sticker that was placed over a sticker that was removed.

Delivery could have been better. Instead of curb side delivery, at least delivery in the house would have been very helpful. These are large boxes.

-Item: Camel Sandwich Sofa: Total Price: $3800 Sofa: Beautiful, comfortable. NOT Leather...It's made of fabric -Issues: Sheds an insane amount of feathers, even 6 months after use. Very hard to sit on without jeans...it will poke through all other clothes or naked skin. very uncomfortably, pocking and Has caused me local skin infections and worsened my allergies. -Customer Service: Pleasant and response, but keeps repeating the same thing. Refusing to issue refund. -Delivery: Fairly quick, but dropped off the couches on the road side while I was at work and without coordination with me costing me $200 to bring it to home.

I wish my husband had read reviews before ordering. We are experiencing the same delivery issues. Ordered 10/29, we received email over a week ago saying all pieces were in stock. Dec 1, still not shipped. After paying $6,000 furniture, I'm now super afraid we are not even going to like them with all the reviews I'm seeing. Customer service has NOT been helpful. We have holiday plans and we're very worried now that they will be delivered while we are gone. This is a nightmare. Dec 7: We have cancelled and now waiting for a refund. They SHOULD NOT charge until ready to ship
