I ordered a couch specifically for the…
I ordered a couch specifically for the timeline to ship the product. After a week of no emails aside from confirmation someone emailed to let me know that I would get an email when it ships. I asked an ETA on shipping, and he let me know 45 days as it is out of stock, contrary to the website. I then had to spend half of my workday on phone calls and writing emails to get a refund so that I can look for another couch. The customer service is outsourced on the phone so they can do nothing to help you, but the email reps are slow to respond. I had a terrible experience with this company be warned when ordering from them. The phone reps cannot transfer you to sales and they only communicate electronically.

Good experience
Good customer service with speedy response. Items bought came in good quality, just as the picture shows on website. Fast shipping (dependent on the couch) and very easy to assemble.

Very poor communication
Very poor communication, lied to me about where my order was and when it was shipping. Provided shipping documents with my order number being delivered in Florida when I live in Ohio. Won’t tell you that they are a Chinese company nor where the products are produced and it’s not indicated on the packaging either.

Customer service was great! From the moment I ordered our bed frame to the moment it arrived the communication between us and our customer service representative was 5 stars. I misjudged the color of the bed frame, and even though it was my error, our representative worked with me to make it right.

Just what I wanted!
I received the Aalto boutique feather love seat and it was absolutely perfect. The measurements were exact and fit perfectly in my spot, it is super comfy and I love that it comes with a sofa cover so you are able to change the aesthetic of the whole seat or provide an easier way to wash it.
