Great experience with ordering and delivery. Good website showing how couch was constructed and put together. Super easy. Didn't need a single tool. Couch is comfy and good quality too.

I received the olive green single sofa! I love it! It is very comfortable and will be easy to style it to match our decore. The company is very prompt with customer emails and messages! They have great customer service and support! They provided the tracking # for the item and it was safely delivered and timely delivery.

We as a business had the most wonderful experience with 25Home. Everyone was so wonderful to work with especially Nicole and Momo. They went above and beyond to make our experience perfect! I looked at so many companies before settling on 25Home. The furniture was exactly what we were looking for at the most affordable price. Don’t waste your time like I did just go with this company they are fabulous!!!!

I brought an All leather sectional on June 24 and was so impressed with it, that I brought another all leather 3-seater to match. They were very communicative with the ordering process (worked with me to find the right payment method to get interest free payments- including splitting the invoice), followed up on the delivery (through Metropolitan Warehouse) and also post delivery service was great when I was missing one of the legs (was shipped to me under a week). About the product -The All leather sectionals are excellent and a big hit with the guests!

The only reason why this is not five stars is because of how long it took to be delivered. However, customer service was really friendly and very helpful in resolving my issues? I absolutely love the couch!! If you have the patience, definitely worth the buy!!
