Good product

I was initially uncertain about ordering from this company, as they appear relatively new online. However, after some research and communicating with the sales rep. Sunny, I decided to make the purchase. I was pleasantly surprised by the timely arrival of my sofa the day before Thanksgiving (about 1 week from the date of my order). Although the third-party delivery vendor arrived an hour before our delivery window, I was still grateful that it arrived relatively quickly during the busy holiday season. We did not opt for white glove service, so we handled moving the large sectional boxes and installing ourselves. (Having our own dolly and power drill were essential.) All pieces of the sofa were included, even the complimentary dresser drawer! There was minor damage to the bottom of one of the sofa sections, but nothing that would seem to affect performance. My husband, who did the installation, noted that not all of the steel legs matched up with the pre-drilled holes so that he could often only screw in three of four mounting screws per leg, but the legs still nonetheless felt securely attached. The leather felt nice and looked clean. This was a gift for my senior parents, who commented that the sofa felt firm but comfortable. While I had concern about quality and delivery based on some reviews online, I am happy to share that I had an overall great experience with my order.

My sectional is amazing. Not only does it look great, it is comfy as well. It came right on time. Packaging was exceptional. Customer service is great too. Would highly recommend.

I had a friend actually find my couch. The process from start to finish was amazing. The cover on the couch comes off so I am able to wash it as well as the covers on the pillows. The couch is comfortable to sit on and even more importantly, I can add more seats in the future since the couch is modular.

Sunny worked with me over several days while I devised a plan to move my 30-year-old couch out of my living room so that I could move my new 25-home couch into the space. The sofa is beautiful, fits my space well, and is a comfortable replacement for the centerpiece of my living room. I'm really happy with the experience and the product!

I ordered a sectional sofa. It was at a very good price. It was derived on time and the delivery folks did a great job setting it up in the location we wanted and cleaned up well. The free End table was great as well. The sofa is everything advertised, and we are very happy.

Horrendous experience. Unless you want to be repeatedly lied to and waiting now for 6 weeks for your furniture, with someone giving you a different time frame every time you call - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Have been repeatedly promised different time frames, told it will arrive today a week ago, then told that they don’t actually know. Promised to be updated with no updates four days later, no one picking up unless I repeatedly call them. Please save yourself from the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Delivery was great we did the white glove service which was quick and painless. The couch looks great and is comfy. The only negative is it isn’t as deep of a seat as we were expecting. Overall happy with couch. Love that we could customize to the size of our room. Shipping was fast.
