I had an issue with an order I received. I sent an email around 7 PM. Within 15 min I had a response back and the issue was resolved within 30 min. Ruth was the person I was speaking to. She added personality to her email she sent me saying give gentle hugs to my kiddos. Ruth was extremely pleasant to talk to and very good in her position. Thank You Ruth
