Cindy C. made for a wonderful experience for me. So much so I asked for her contact info. so I could speak to her directly anytime I needed new supplies or meds. Plus, this sweet lady was even working on her day off. Thank you 1 800 Pet Meds and Cindy for an amazing experience.

My experience with your website was less than I would expect, as it was not clear and I was unable to access my cart through the dropdown, but once I called, your agent was very helpful to get my order placed and the issue resolved.

Sabrna was so patient, thorough and helpful. There was an issue with some meds being held up for some time and she was able to fix those issues for me. Im very grateful as the meds we need are for my dogs hip pain. She was awesome!
