The CSR was friendly and very helpful!

I called to cancel an Autoship because one of my dogs had passed away. The agent was very empathetic and even credited me for the most recent order I received. I am very appreciative of this. It is also nice not to have to speak to a call center in a foreign country.

Lady was nice, but hard to hear clearly.

The employee that helped me place my order was so kind and at the same time very professional! Many thanks to her!

The callback function made it easy to get in touch -- I didn't have to spend time waiting on hold. The representative that helped me understood my issue, was empowered to fix it, and did so within minutes. She stayed on the line to make sure my shopping cart was as I expected it to be, and she even asked how my dog was doing.:)

She was very helpful in determining the availability of my dog's medication

Very polite, caring, and respectful. Thank you!

Sheryl was kind patient and professional. I appreciate this and her very much. Tytyty
