The representative made money for the company. She did the leg work for me. She was pleasant and wanted to help me. How could I not purchase from Pet Meds? I look forward to staying with Pet Meds, if I'm going to get the care I received from the representative. She was awesome. I give her a 10 out of 10.

The representative from 1800PetMeds Cindy Cipolla was an absolute delight to deal with. I would have given 5 stars for the review if the shipper your company uses wasn't so horrible. USPS is the worst. My order showed up 3 days after the expected tracking date with the box crushed. The product inside was not effected.

Tiffany was great and helped with our order. She also seemed caring about my dog.
