This morning, I spoke with Steve to place an order for Nexgard and Carprofen. I mailed the prescriptions Tues via certified mail, and they're scheduled to arrive today. Steve took my order, understood not to request phone approval from the vet, AND provided us with savings...all while exuding a cheerful and helpful attitude! He's a definite asset to your company!

What made my experience great was the fact I was able to speak with a real person quite quickly, she was personable, I could understand her (sometimes, if the customer service agent's native language is not English, it's difficult), and she was eager to help me solve my issue.

I spoke with Anthony and he listened to my long story without interrupting so that he actually understood what my problem was. These days that's a rare experience. He helped me with a website/ordering problem and was patient, personable, knowledgeable and kind. He was also very thorough and obviously cared that I won't have a similar problem in the future. He's a stellar representative for your company and you're lucky to have him.

I called and was able to resolve everything with o one person (Sabrina), who went above and beyond to update my records to avoid similar issues in the future. With customer service like this, prices at our near the lowest available on the widest selection of products, and discounts (like the free shipping and 35% off I received for auto-ship), why would I shop anywhere else?

Reviewers I called Petmeds today with an issue. My pug, Frankie, gets her vaccines and annual tests in Spain where we live part time. They apparently don’t do heartworm tests there every year, and I needed to get her heartworm meds which are almost past due. I spoke to Steve “Mufasa” Nelson who was beyond kind, patient and helpful-he guided me through the proper channel to get what I needed done so Frankie could get her heartworm meds asap. Instead of, sorry, there is no solution, he gave me several solutions and even discount options for my situation. THIS is what customer service is all about. I beyond grateful for him, and so is Frankie! They should be shipping out my heartworm meds to me today. Yay! We got things done! Thanks Petmeds, for having great team members!!
