PetMedsReviews of 1800petmeds.com

Excellent customer service and took care of our problem.

The call was well handled, but I shouldn't have needed to make it. I received the wrong product (dry dog food). The agent appropriately apologetic for Pet Med (a good representative). Your willingness to allow us to donate the wrong brand to a shelter was a great save. Now I sincerely hope my order correction and reorder follows through. Thank her for being so responsive!

Suzie was very personable, efficient and helpful! Thanks so much Suzie; Youre Awesome! Alaina S.

Very nice and extremely helpful

Excellent customer service.

Gwen made sure my pet's medication was finally filled and shipped out. She then followed up with me to keep me posted on the status. I appreciate her help.

Spoke with Sabrina and she was able to assist me in my price match and placing the order. She was an excellent customer service representative for your company. Thank you and looking forward to continuing to do service with your business.

My Rudy died last week. She was compassionate and helpful with my questions
