I had major problems with this order due primarily to my Vet's office, but Summer went above and beyond to help and get my puppy needed medication. The wait (over an hour) to get through customer service was very frustrating, but once I was finally able to talk to Summer she provided friendly and great customer service. I appreciate her assistance.

This company sucks. Cancelled order without notice. Rude customer service. Won't be purchasing from them again.

I wasn't happy at all with what has been my second experience and a little over a decade with 1-800 PetMeds. I placed an order on Black Friday for a promotion that allowed 50% off your first auto-ship of dog food. We normally purchase locally, but were happy to get set up on an automatic shipping plan since we have found a dog food that we are happy with. Unfortunately, placing the order through the 1-800-PetMeds website was just the beginning of the amount of effort that it takes to actually get an order from this Big Brother like company. So, I placed my order on Black Friday and everything seems to work fine as with any other online company. Unfortunately, a day or two later I get a very non-specific email telling me that they needed to speak with me regarding my order and to call the number. This started a process of me trying to call the number and not getting through to anyone, leaving my telephone number for a call back, and the call back not coming, and then repeating the process finally to be successful. Of course, that was after trying to contact them via chat on their website which seems completely non-functional although I'm sure 1-800-PetMeds is completely clueless. Finally, I am able to get a hold of someone at 1-800-PetMeds who first has difficulty finding my order, always something that's comforting. After my order is located for some reason the agent needs to tell me that I purchased back in 2004 and used a different email address. Yes, back in 2004 I had AOL and 10 years later I have Gmail. Not at all unusual, but WTF does this information have to do with anything. Almost felt as if I was being accused of doing something wrong, and for that reason I'll be canceling all future orders and never do business with 1-800-PetMeds again. Congratulations 1-800 pet meds, your customer service tracker has done an excellent job assisting your highly trained customer service professionals in alienating customers.

great deals, sad we can't yet get them in UK, is this not possible in the near future, as we also not in Europe anymore!

Incompetent customer service. My vet faxed approval and as off today, the rep said they didn't receive the fax. I will stop buying from this company

Cindy was phenomenal. Kinds, very knowledgeable and super efficient. I was planning on buying only a few things but she showed me various food brands for my 3 cats and 3 dogs and I ended up buying numerous bags for all my tribes.

Cheryl was very helpful as we chatted and she resolved my order and placed it for me. She was exception! You should give her a raise!

Michelle was AWESOME!!!! She explained everything to me, re-did my order, always kind, smiling, providing the BEST service I have ever had!! These front line Pet Med employees are what keep your company going. They give us the warm feeling on the other end of the phone knowing that are pets are getting what they need to stay healthy and happy in our lives. Michelle really cared about me and more importantly about HELPING me. She needs a financial bonus for all she does. I hope you understand how important these employees are to your company. Cant say enough about the excellent and caring service I just received. Godspeed Michelle!
