I’ve been ordering from 1-800 Contacts for a few years now, and they’ve earned a customer for life. Reordering is ridiculously easy, and the service is consistently excellent. But here’s what really stuck with me. Once, I accidentally ordered the wrong thing, and instead of simply processing and shipping the order, they actually called to double-check. Who does that anymore? The company is reliable, thoughtful, and genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend!
