Ive used them since I first started wearing contacts . When I reorder they are prompt and never disappoint. I wear daily sometimes but love my monthly.

Best contacts ordering company ever
Best contacts ordering company ever! Called customer service, answered almost immediately - real person, no AI agent! Able to split payment b/t HSA and card. Contacts arrive super fast even with regular shipping!

Bad communication, errors, charging for "free" service
I did the online exam and it was declined (one letter misread). Retook it. After I retook the second exam I heared nothing. Contacted costumer service chat to find out the second exam was declined because the quality of my photo (taken with MacBook Air camera...) was too low. No email about it, not in the spam folder, nowhere. And that's after I already PURCHSED some lens through their website. Customer service was could not even send me a new link to retake my exam (third time...). By they way they said first exam is free but they still charged 30 dollars at check out. I have screenshots of the chat where "Hillary" stopped answering me.
