Beware
Beware ! They do not take the most common health insurance. I have United Health but they said I had to handle the claim myself. What a pain! At my eye Dr. they just discount and there are no extra forms and filing. That makes a big difference to me. I do not like that I had to hand over private and personal information when they could just asked which insurance I had and leave it at that. How do I get them to delete my private info ?
