We do our absolute best to make it as simple as possible to redeem any rebates you receive with your order. Our rebates do have an expiration date, that we notate on each rebate offer as it's provided to our customers. Typically, customers have 6 months to redeem their rebate. Once that window has passed, we are unable to honor any rebates but are happy to work with any customer to find a solution. Again, we are terribly sorry for the experience you had. There are a number of reasons why your contacts could be acting that way, but without more information we're not able to directly confirm what is happening. We can assure you that the contacts you receive from us are the same contact lenses you receive from your eye doctor's office. We do back all of our contacts with a Gajillion Percent Promise though. That means we're always happy to replace, return, or exchange your lenses. Hi Carey, We're terribly sorry for the experience you had while placing an order with us. Unfortunately, we didn't receive a response to our request for more information. We can't speak directly to your situation without that context, but we'd love to make this right by you. There are a few reasons why your order may be canceled, the primary one would be an issue with the eye doctor's office we are contacting. In some instances a prescription may not have been issued correctly or there could only be a glasses prescription at that office which can't be used to fulfill a contact lens order.
