Hi Yani, Thank you for leaving us a review. We are terribly sorry that you did not have a positive experience with your order. Unfortunately, our request for more information about your situation was not returned and so we cannot speak directly to what happened. As best we can tell, your order was denied by your eye doctor and therefore never fully processed. When this occurs, any authorizations we've put on an account to hold funds will be dropped as quickly as possible. Typically we drop the authorization request within the same day however most banking instituations do not move as quickly. We understand that banking institutions vary widely and therefore always quote 3-10 business days for any pending authorization to disappear from an account. With that in mind, we apologize if this process was not properly explained when you contacted us. Hi Mike, Thank you for providing feedback on how we can improve. We're always looking for opportunities to grow and serve our customers better. With that in mind, we believe this situation has been resolved. Unfortunately, there is an issue with PayPal and shipping addresses which caused your initial issue of a missing package. Then we encountered a miscommunication with a manufacturer and unfortunately, we could not replace the order due to your lenses being discontinued. Fortunately, we were able to resolve the issue with an approved replacement brand. Then we provided next business day delivery as well as a full refund for the trouble. If you ever need anything else, please let us know. We're always happy to help.

We have refunded your original order, as well as your two ExpressExams, and sent you a free 3 month supply of your contacts for the trouble. We understand your frustration with this situation and are, again, terribly sorry you had this experience. Typically refunds take anywhere between 3-10 business days to process based on the banking institution that is being submitted through. We were able to locate your order and have taken steps to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, your specific situation is unique in that it is a manufacturing issue with your lenses. That being said, you are absolutely right, we dropped the ball on communication. For the trouble and lack of transparency with your order we've gone ahead and refunded you in full.
