Best contact lens company. Very easy to order, very easy to speak someone 24/7 and the reps are always nice and helpful. And I love that if there is an issue the assist in any way possible. They have so many brands and it’s honestly one of the most affordable ways to order contacts versus ordering at your eye doctor: just get your prescription and upload it online. Love it.

My experience using 1-800 Contacts has been outstanding! I’m a big fan of the brand and service. I’ve been a long-standing customer for over 6 years and have NEVER had a bad experience. The website is user-friendly and the online eye exam technology is extremely intuitive and easy to use. There have been several instances where I was in a bind and needed new contacts ASAP and the support I received was fast and convenient and gave me piece-of-mind. The consultative and friendly representatives make the process extremely convenient and pleasant. Thank you, 1-800 Contacts, for being there when I needed you most!

1-800 Contacts is my go-to ALWAYS. From their attentive and kind customer service to the quality of their products and shipping, I have never once been disappointed. Sounds unrealistic? It's not. Been wearing contacts since I was in the 10th grade, and since I found 1-800 Contacts, they've been a solid resource for my eye care for well over a decade now.
