I’ve been with 1800-contacts for about 6 years now. I’m writing a review because the current ones seemed a little on the negative side (it’s easy to forgo reviews when all goes well). I was immediately impressed by how smooth everything was with their ordering system, including search, payment, Rx retrieval, shipping. Also, customer service was very attentive. An actual human called whenever there was a hiccup with my order ( usually was related to Rx issues on my doc’s end). Additionally, they once asked me for feedback suggestions, and when I mentioned that it would be nice if customers received free samples every so often (contact solution, cases, etc), they sent me out a hand-written thank you note along with some free travel sized contact solution. It was not expected and so was a nice surprise. Also their app/webpage is far less bloated than most similar websites that I’ve come across.

Worst experience ever, dont use this company if you can avoid it!!!!!!!! There so many problems trying to order and customer service doesnt help you.

If I could less stars that’s where this company would be ranked. For poor customer service, poor quality service on top of charging the customer (hold, pending or not money leaves an account…. Charged) before they even verify the prescription. Seems a little bit of confusion in the process specially given the amount for shipping, specially if needed quickly . After uploading my prescription six time in a day then receive email that my paid for order had been kicked back again as subscription has been canceled. Hit the live chat the first time, was told a total different scenario in a different state then The go live chat with someone nope got to call. Then taking with the rep as she tries Answer these questions about my order and account.started on a Friday. 24 teleported delivery and now it’s Tuesday morning and calling in I get told they will put the order in today. (this happened after stating wanted refund)

My experience with 1-800 contacts was amazing it was very easy to navigate their website they even look up your insurance for you like you put your birthday in your name and they find your insurance for you I could not believe that they applied the insurance and I think it was maybe 4 days in ordering and the day that I received them like it was super super fast I will never get my contacts from anywhere else they even have online contact exams or eye exams whatever you want to call them that is so dope I am forever a 1-800 contact customer!

If I could give a negative star rating I would. Been waiting on contacts since 8/4/2022 and now it is 9/23/2022. After being reassured my contacts were coming next day on my order which I never received and still have not!!! Please please stay away bc this company does NOT care about you or your needs!

The worst experience of online purchase that I have ever had. About 35 days ago I placed the order and I havent received yet.

I can’t understand that the price which is quoted up front before you actually pay is completely different when it’s time to check out. I was quoted almost $100 difference before I checked out, but what’s more annoying is that I have to go through the complete sign up and then I’m zapped with almost $100 difference…that is unethical. I would never deceive clients to earn their business.

I have had a wonderful experience with 1800 contacts instead of lens direct. The customer service was excellent, and they appreciated my business. Lens direct left me high and dry when I let them know I didn’t receive my correct prescription, and I went ahead and let 1800 contacts know about it. They were more than happy to expedite my order and get the contacts I needed quickly. I wanted to write this review to show customer service is appreciated, and I will be doing business with them for all my contact's needs.
