Wish I would’ve have checked the reviews before I went with 1800Battery. All the bad reviews you’ll have posted is everything I have experienced. Horrible wait to reach someone, service fee of $99 charged when they battery was actually bad. Took them almost four hours to come. The answer I received was oops it must have fell off the grid. Of course, they don’t won’t to refund my money. Countless hours of my time waisted and extremely frustrated. Please save yourself the hassle. Give your service to someone who appreciates receiving your hard earned money.

Terrible customer service! I placed an order online, got a confirmation email and a temporary charge on my card. I then found a much cheaper ($150 less) option and tried to cancel with 1800battery. I called (waited on hold for 45 minutes before leaving a vm), texted (no response), and chatted (no response for more than 12 hours). I got an email response stating their operating hours were Sun-Sat 6am to 5pm. That was not mentioned anywhere else. I still need to ensure their charge does not go through. They are a scam, do not waste your time or money.

Charged for the service within minutes of the request. Scheduled the service appointment on-line for 2-4 pm the day of the request. Phoned 1800Battery only to wait for 45 minutes. When they answered me it took them time to find out the 3rd party for Aston MO "was out sick" and wouldn't be here. Told me that he would again confirm 5p-7p. Get a message at 235 pm next day he was on his way. NO one showed. Attempting to get back to them again and no answer. SO, I've been billed for services, have not battery or installation. Unfortunately didn't read the reviews until too late.

Complete SCAM, took 300 Dollars. Delivered no service, no battery replacement. Could not contact anyone, VM and unattended chat. DO NOT USE!

Really disappointed in this company. Paid for a Diehard Silver 58-2 with a 24 month warranty on their website. This company sent a $79 “Econocraft” battery with a 90 day warranty with the install technician. Total scam. I spent half a day fighting with this company to get the battery I paid for. Put me and the technician on hold and gave me the run around saying their “dispatch” had to approve it. I can only imagine how many people they scam like this. I was so upset and frustrated. Finally got them to give me the battery I paid for. Will never use this company again and telling everyone I know to stay away from this unethical company. Shame on this company!

NEED A CAR BATTERY REPLACED IN A TIMELY MANNER?! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! Purchased and booked a battery the afternoon of 11/29 for delivery 11/30 between 8-10 am….got confirmation email THEN CRICKETS. Called the customer service number at 10 am waited for 30 minutes on hold for the customer service to tell me he will be there at 2 pm. IF YOU KNEW THAT COULDNT YOU HAVE REACHED OUT TO ME TO LET ME KNOW! It’s coming up on 2 pm now NO CONTACT FROM THE DELIVERY DRIVER “Dre” NOR MY BATTERY! Could you imagine if you were stranded on the side of the road in the cold?! THANK GOD MY CAR IS IN MY PARKING LOT! Wasted an entire day of my time for their “speedy delivery and install” when I could have already towed my car to a service garage and replaced the battery faster than your “roadside service” BUYER BEWARE! Total waste of money and time! Oh and don’t bother using their “text message us” crap they don’t respond AT ALL! Stay on the 1-800 line and wait because it’s the only response you’re gonna get. AFTER CALLING FOR THE 3rd time today they’re telling me he will be here at 4 pm. 4 pm passes no battery no call from “technician” I contact them AGAIN…then they tell me he’s on his way now he has to go “get my battery from the warehouse and he’s on the way” 60-90 more minutes MAX. 90 minutes pass STILL NO BATTERY NO TECHNICIAN….contact them AGAIN-then they say would you like to reschedule? By this point I LOSE MY LITERAL MIND. I have to get basically indignant and FORCE THEM TO REFUND ME. So here we are 24 hours later NO BATTERY and NOTHING BUT LIES FULL RIP-OFF AND SHADY PROMISES. Wasted an entire day of work wages and received NOTHING. ZERO stars for customer service

Honestly, I find everything about this process to be subpar. I waited 30 minutes for a response from you, only to learn this is delayed by 5 hours. No notice, no way to follow up. I called, waited 30 minutes, no response. I texted, still no response. I could have had this taken care of this morning locally, without the hassle. Lesson learned.

They showed up with a battery that is $60 cheaper than the one I ordered and when I contacted customer service they told me I should have read the small print in the FAQ section. Who does that? And they promised to call me back after I requested an escalation and if course no call. Total ripoff.
