1800battery.comReviews of 1800battery.com

From my phone call first thing in the morning after the dreaded car problem feeling, this company made me feel at ease. Within 90 minutes, I was back on the road and so very thankful. Professional, courteous, quick and reasonable! I highly recommend.

The battery installed on Sept 19, 2024 was manufactured Oct 2022. The technician picking up the battery should have not accepted that in the first place. I also sent a lengthy email to 1800battery email explaining this whole story.

Ease of use and timing was great. Came by same day. I would have liked the battery tested before new one was installed, and would have liked more information on warranty

Never came and I waited 4 hours. They did finally refund my money. Very poor communication. Office staff hung up on me when I voiced my displeasure at never having my battery changed after calling to clarify what time they would arrive. Called at 8:00 am and was told they started at 0900 and I was the first visit At noon still no one had arrived.

Easy to do paid online and battery was dispatched, delivered and fitted within 90 mins . Kyle fitted and answered any questions I had . Quick and efficient! Would use again.

Wow! Exceeded expectations. Arrived if SWFla to find my battery DEAD. (As usual) So instead of getting an uber back and forth to get a battery and change it out, AND then drive the old battery back; I called 1-800-battery. Jeff Walker was the tech. What a guy. All fixed in less than 2hrs from booking online. He also took the old one away for me! Easy button.

Quick, easy, efficient, & worth the cost

Great job by your tech. He identified a loose connection so we didn't need a new battery after all. That saved me nearly $400. Great job.
