Great cookbooks in a format that works well for me.

I still haven’t received an order I placed several weeks ago

Garlic Pro is not up to usual Milk Street standards. Difficult to use, fussy to clean. Not worth the cost. Buy a good knife instead.

I did not receive one of the items I ordered and received 2 of another item I ordered one of. I have had to reorder to get the one I was missing and hope they do t mess up this tome

This knife, Limited Edition Premium Kitchin-to™ — Cocobolo Wood was the perfect gift for my friend who buys Costco size meat packages and cuts it up for his dog. He is not a cook but cannot get over the beauty and sharpness of this very special knife. He was impressed with the beautiful sheath. Think of a five year-old on Christmas morning and that’s how excited he was. The light bulb went on and now I know what to get him and others as gifts. I’m also grateful to the store for helping me select the right knife for his need. Totally great experience.
