I'm still waiting for two of the items in my shipment that reportedly was shipped 10 days ago, one thru FedEx and one on UPS both show still waiting for item.

I used to love their coffee sugars. Then they went away. Then when they came back, they were new packaging. They are very quickly clumped up, but I didn’t know that it was all of them so it took a long time to find out that they were all like that. Unusable and gross. They say there’s nothing they can do and they won’t refund me after six months so I was a loyal customer and now I’ll never do it again. Don’t buy from here.

I have placed 2 orders from Milkstreet. Both orders had 2 items each. The first order I placed 26 days ago was split into 2 shipments (knife and grater ordered). To the date of this review, 8/23/2025, neither package has arrived. The item in this order took 2 weeks to ship. I received notification that the shipping label was created but, once a shipping label was created, it sat several days before the package moved, like it was sitting in the warehouse not picked up. Still in route according to FedEx. The second item in the order finally had a shipping label created 2 days ago and is still sitting at the warehouse not picked up. Glad I ordered long before Christmas, there is a chance I may get the packages by then. About 1 week after placing the first order I place my second order, Ki and Kiji knives. They shipped within 5 days of order placement and have arrived. I would review the knives on the Milkstreet website but, I can't find how to leave a product review. The products I have received so far are satisfactory (not great) and the shipping issues will definitely limit my desire to order more from Milkstreet in the future. If you like long waits for the products you order you will be fine ordering here. I buy things to use, not wait for slow order fulfillment and shipping.

I purchased the Everything Pan a while back and was disappointed as everything was sticking. It also had a spot that looked like it was chipped on the bottom. I complained and after several back and forths I received a refund and was told to keep the pan. Imagine my surprise when a family member used the pan and had no issues with sticking. So I tried it and no sticking. I gave up on it too soon. I contacted Milk Street wanting to pay for the pan, but they said no worries. It’s an awesome pan and Milk Street is an awesome company!
