Fast arrival. Item as expected. Good quality

Great recipes, Abysmal customer service. Wouldn’t let me resubscribe because “username already exists” and never answered my email. Tried to use my husband’s name and email address and had same problem, even though never had a Milk Street account under his name.

This product is so aggressively bad and actively the opposite of what it is advertised to be. It's touted as having a "Smooth (Nearly) Non Stick Cooking Surface" but is so rough (like sandpaper) that trying to dry it off with a well-worn dish towel leaves fibers everywhere. In an attempt to salvage my wasted dollars, I tried to season it today and you can't even apply oil without leaving half of your cloth behind. How this can be advertised as nonstick is beyond me.

This is the second time something “fragile” was damaged during shipping. I’d like to say it’s entirely the fault of UPS (Underpaid Package Smashers), but the way the items were packed & protected left a lot to be desired.

The peaches were wonderful. The best I have purchased from any vendor. They were sweet and arrived at the perfect time to eat.

I bought 3 different size knives…one is a cleaver and I love it. Never have had a nice knife like this. Highly recommended!

The whole shopping experience was seamless. The small Nakiri knife is high quality. I just got it so it's still feeling a little odd in my hand - not the size or weight, strangely enough, it's the lack of a sharp pointed tip!! How funny is that!?! I think I'm going to get accustomed to it soon and love it! I liked it enough to order another one to give as a wedding present this fall.
