I got the Nakiri knife and used it right away. Was very surprised at how smooth it cuts...it glides through vegetables with ease..Celery, carrots, onion, tomatoes, bell peppers, radishes. I cut up vegatables on a regular basis, and this will make that process easy. I have good knives, but this is incredible. Very happy with this knife.

I ordered a Nakiri knife. The first one was very sharp however the Handle separated in a couple of months. They sent a replacement with what seems to be a newly designed one piece very cheap feeling handle. Well the blade on this one isn't sharp enough to cut a ripe tomato. Im not impressed with this product! I dont think Ill order anything else from this company.

The thing I like about Milk Street is that the product is exactly how it’s described. I trust that what I was told the item would be like is what I receive. The quality is very high too. I’ve replaced all my knives and they are steps up from the ordinary ones I was using. Also the customer service is outstanding. Any concern I might have is replied promptly and corrected in one correspondence. Nice job. I also know Gordon Hammersley and what I great chef he was. A true pioneer of the start of the quality Boston food scene

I was so excited to get this. However, unlike the wok I bought from Milk Street (which I love), I could never season the pan properly. Now it's beyond repair and will be recycled. I didn't get one successful use out of it. I think the company could have done a much better job explaining the importance of getting the seasoning right with clearer steps on how to do so. I would suggest to customers that unless having carbon steel or cast iron is extermely imporatnt to you, if you want good stick free pans try ceramic.

The products I ordered were well designed. They were not the run of the mill tools. I used the grater this morning and it was beyond great.

This is so strange! I have purchased this knife two other times for my other homes and it worked perfect perfectly. Seems really odd. There must be something wrong! Can you test it out? For yourself? I was chopping vegetables last night and it was not moving well.
