It took five months till they sent me my 13" wok. If they don't have them in stock, don't take our money.

the order was placed on May 22, 2026 and stated delivery was July 30,2026. The items were not received until September 30, 2026, 2 months after estimate. Order would not have been placed if this information was available at the time as this was a gift. No communication was sent to notify me of the delay, I had to reach out after no-show.

I had forgotten that I had bought it! You took forever to deliver

I have used it about 5 times and am not very impressed. I can't see this being a go-to knife for me. Its not big enough to effectively dice even a small/medium onion. Cucumbers stick to the blade, just like on my French knife. Its good for mincing herbs, but so is my French knife and also good at larger vegetables. I like to keep the point of my knife in contact with the board and using a "claw" to hold them together. This knife severely limits the grouping size that I gather, making slicing and dicing a longer project than I am used to. Its very light which could be nice, but the handle seems cheap. The metal seems to be good, but I have not used it enough to make a judgement on how it holds an edge. Would probably try to return it if I didnt think it would be a pain in the butt to do so.
