I have purchased the Nakiri knife several times for myself, and as gifts for family and friends. It is my go to knife for food prep of vegetables to slicing meats to achieve that precision cut. After multiple uses it still remains sharp. I Love it!

Milk stretched the best cooking magazine out there. I love the way they do it. I’ve been a chef for all my life and I still learn new things from them. Their products are good sometimes they take a while to get there. Unfortunately remember my spatchcock scissors took three months, but overall, the products are great. The information is fantastic and I love the editorial.

I don’t know what this business model is but it’s absolutely horrible. I’ve been waiting for my item for months- which I knew would be the case, BUT there is zero customer support. I’ve been trying to reach someone to cancel my order because frankly I’m tired of waiting ( it’s been 4 months!)- noone’s responding, messages are ignored, no way to reach anyone. I’m beginning to think this is one giant scam.

I did a trial and then cancelled because it wasn't for me. Since then they have been spamming me non stop even after I unsubscribed. They deviously change the "from" email address each time so that if you mark one address as spam then you still get other emails from them because they use a different address each time. Why would anyone do business with a company that uses such underhand tactics?
