Replaced a defective knife purchased from Milk Street, even though the short warranty period had expired. It took a little persuasion, but was successful eventually. Thank you!

I love the website but you have to pay for most every recipe. I enjoy when you have a free one here or there, but this is no longer worth my time to sort through.

Easy to order, and the wait time for delivery is lots shorter than in the past.

I bought this pan and I’m pleased to say I’m happy with my purchase. I’ve used it for fried eggs and sausage.

Love the Japanese tongs! They are beautifully designed and the most functional tongs I’ve ever used. Bravo!

I love my Milk Street subscription and customers service is an A+. My family enjoys the recipes I’ve prepared from the magazines!

I get too many emails. My preferences call for only recipes but I get at least 3 emails per day. STOP IT OR I WILL QUIT!!! I go back to the early days of Cook's magazine but I will cancel if I get any more marketing emails.
