Nice products and good service.
This time I ordered several replacement inkjet cartridges. The order was filled quickly and correctly. One of the cartridges had leaked badly during shipment (luckily it was enclosed in a sealed plastic bag so no ink got out). A call to support got a quick response in the form of a request for a picture of all the cartridges in the order, the good ones and the one bad one. A replacement is on its way.

Hello, this was an international order (shipping time is quoted at 7-14 days, with possible delays by Customs in your country). The order was on July 30th, we shipped on July 30th, and the parcel was in your country by Aug 6th (see http://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/?trackingnumber=GM5453155364794980). Delivery usually takes a few days after it enters the destination country, so we hope you received it soon after your message and within the 7-14 day window that we estimate.
