For at least the past 5 years I have ordered a lot of bulk ink and 2 chip re-setters for a Canon Pixma pro 9500, and more recently, their own brand of cartridges for a Canon MG6620 (whose cartridges have a non-replaceable chip, thus un-refillable). Their ink is a great quality and a whole lot cheaper than buying new cartridges from Canon or other retailers. I would highly recommend this company for your printer ink needs.

The inks work perfectly well in my Canon IP7220. I have no reservations about there quality and the prices are terrific. Would recommend them to anyone.

I have used 123refills about four times to order printer cartridges, and have had excellent service and products each time. Also found 123refills to be cost competitive with other suppliers. Patrick was the service representative that represented 123refills for my orders. Very professional.

With all the ink companies online these days, you'd think these guys might actually try some customer service, but the only way they stood out was by providing a horrible experience. I've shopped online for years, and bought everything from my car to the kitchen sink, and this company was the worst! Shipped me the wrong. Ink cartridges, refused to pay return shipping, refused to give me a refund, (I ended up having to purchase locally), credit only, unless they take a 15% restocking fee! So, I asked for a supervisor, and since they're all talking to you from India, Mr Super was hard to understand, but told me "too bad, you order wrong thing, you pay return, get credit or pay fee. When asked if 15% was worth a bad review, I was told to pretty much JUMP OFF. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY, TOO MANY OTHER, BETTER CHOICES AVAILABLE! UPDATE! OH MY GOD! I called these people FOUR TIMES to try to get an RMA number (returns will be refused without one!), so I can return the WRONG CARTRIDGES they sent me, and THEY CANNOT ISSUE ME ONE!!! I spoke to 3 different people, and could not get this done. They will notify the "RMA DEPT", and I should get one by email sometime in the next day. ALL I WANT TO DO IS RETURN THIS GARBAGE, AND GET MY REFUND, (LESS 15%!!!), and they can't even manage to do that!!!! AAAHHHHHH!!!!!! SERIOUSLY! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS POORLY RUN COMPANY, YOU WILL BE SORRY!

works fine good price it fits even if it was not of the usual color..(packaging).. loved it would buy again when there is a sale that has free shipping

About ten years ago a friends suggested I stop buying ink at regular stores and use your company. I was a little cautious, at the time I didn't really trust online purchasing. (I still don't by the way). Nevertheless, I trust my friend and it turned out to be very good advice. I've purchased several cartridges every year from you since her tip. Every transaction was quick, the correct product delivered and the prices (with a coupon) is always low. I would and have recommended this company to others.
