Optimize vitamins
Ive been taking the optimize vitamins for over 6months now. Can definitely feel the difference. Great service great products.

10X Supplements are great, but .,,
10X Supplements are great. Shipping costs for “ special packaging” is not so great… paper wadded up in the box is not what I would call special packaging, especially for the high cost you charge

So l had the methylation test and found…
So l had the methylation test and found out my results was COMT, I was helped by Fabinne and have started my suggested pills. I see a little better sleeping and no major changes noticed. I was asked how 10x did and I would only, please provide more conversations to individuals. I am interested in further testing blood work but concern on better communication. I know I am not a celebrity but would like to be treated not like a number.

Delivery was as promised

Gimmicky
Gimmicky. Blood test was not near my area at all. Then I was told they switched providers and I cant get the blood test. I spent over months of e mails and calling with no response to try to get a refund and was told I need to talk to a specific person who was in charge of my case and she was definitely not worried about returning my call. They have you do the genetic test then pay for a consultation which was literally someone reading my test results back to me. No further insight was provided whatsoever. After the genetic test they then gave me an option for a test to see all my genetic results. Feels more like a scam than anything and I would not use their services again. there are many other companies more invested in customer service.

Have not received any update on…
Did not receive any update on my order after sending it back by mail but customer service reached out to me directly and made sure I was aware of the process and gave me peace of mind that everything was on the right track.

you are the best!
i started taking your supplements about 6 months ago. usually, i feel nauseous after taking multivitamins, but your vitamins are different. i feel great. thanks a lot!
