Brooke Francis was informative, knowledgeable, and cared about our needs. We were comfortable to ask questions and she was more than willing to take the time to answer them! She made sure we understood all our supplements and was very knowledgeable. Brooke made sure we had her contact information if we had ANY questions or concerns!

Very Poor Support/Service
I received my results and had my consult which basically consisted of her reading the results without any extra information. I did a lot of research myself with AI and did get some information on my own. I also did receive the supplements and have been taking now for 10 days. I have reached out to my "consultant" for some information and some concerns; questions. I have not received a phone call back. Once I placed the order for the supplements I have not heard from anyone after several emails and calls. Very disappointed with the service after I received the supplements.

Communication problems
I have sent 4 people to 10X, have been with them for over 2 years, and normally been very happy with them 10X. The last 3 months have been different. I can’t get my prescriptions sent or get called back to know my status. Most the time I can’t even get an email. It’s been a month since, at least, since our last call.

Great quality vitamin
Great quality vitamin. I've taken other vitamin D3+K2 supplements and they were not effective. I have had much success with this brand. I've experienced a noticeable difference in my energy level. I've even shared this with my cardiologist.
