Disappointed in Methylation Tests
I ordered the methylation tests for my myself and my boyfriend, because we were really wanting detailed information to support our health at the genetic/cellular level. We were disappointed. Our results were similar to each other, and we received the exact same "supplement protocol," which was one item - the 10x Health Optimizer. Our results also included lifestyle recommendations that were incredibly generic (i.e. get enough sleep, avoid certain foods, get enough protein, manage stress), things we were already aware of and doing. For an additional $120 each, we could get a consultation with a wellness coach, but after spending $1200 on the tests, we both felt discouraged and a little duped.
