£999 sham…
I paid £999 for a precision genetic test. The kit came in the post in good time with clear instructions on how to complete the test. I followed the instructions and posted back. This was at the beginning of September. Since then I have heard nothing. The portal on the website says it is with the distributor, and has said this for weeks. I have emailed and got a reply from the US which could not access my account but provided me with a UK based email who could help. I emailed 7 days ago and not had a reply. This feels like a thousand pound sham to be honest. Would actively encourage people to avoid using
