My experience started off really positive, then just went downhill from there. I did the Telehealth call with the doctor and came up with a plan, then was scheduled to meet with my concierge to got over pricing and the plan. After that things started to go downhill. I never received any kind of followup to see how everything was going or just to check in. When I reached out after the first month I received a message from someone that was not my concierge telling me that my person was on vacation and that she would get back to me when she returned, I never heard from her. Now we are 2 months in and I am supposed to have bloodwork done and it is me that again has to reach out. After 1 week of no response I reach out to the customer complaint center only to get a generic response. I finally hear from my person only to be told that I am being reassigned to someone else. No one at 10X has yet to ask me how everything is going, if I am having any issues or if I am seeing any results. Which by the way I am not. That's the most frustrating part. I paid a lot of money for this and I am not seeing any changes. I will be getting my labs done this week so we will see how that goes. I do not recommend 10X to anyone. I chose 10X because they were local to me and I thought because of that I would be seeing and experiencing a little more personal care. Guess I was wrong, it's just another big business that takes on way too many clients to manage.
