10x support system…
Fabian is one of the most sincere consultant's that I have had the pleasure to work with. He had addressed all of my concerns, questions and worries. Explained procedures and made the point to make sure I understood the how's and why's. Stefanie Leyden was also very knowledgeable in viewing my bloodwok, as well as John Christian explaining my gene test. Very impressed so far in the beginning journey of 10x. Can't wait to see my next chapter!

No follow thru
No follow thru. Issues with blood testing. Even “if” it’s the testing company ( Quest or Labs etc) 10x representative not following up. Seems as long as they get the sale that’s all that really matters. VERY disappointing.

Just getting started but impressed so far.
I just got my results from my DNA test and I was very happy with all of the information about my DNA and the helpful information about diet changes and which supplements that will help.

It was complete almost 4-weeks prior to what was advertised, i.e., 2-weeks vs. 6-weeks (possible)
