stupid quick delivery and free gear!
I aint gon lie i was hesitant to buy an exhaust here but i took a chance with the deal i got. They shipped it same day and delivered in two days. They even sent me a free shirt and hat. I'm not going anywhere else but ten second racing next time i need my parts.

Ordered a set of Texas speed longtube…
Ordered a set of Texas speed longtube headers with off-road connects for my s550 mustang. Ordered them back on the 21st of January, and received emails the first and second week stating the item was on back order and they still werent in stock. Emailed them twice to see if there was an ETA from TSP, and have yet to receive a reply. I rather they’d kept emailing me weekly with updates. Have yet to get the headers either so we’ll see i suppose

Got a call from one of the guys over at 10 second, Dan. Super cool guy, very helpful and provided answers to all my questions. Still no headers but it’s not an issue with 10 second racing, but more so with EPA. Dan over at 10SR eased my thoughts and provided me with options. Great team over there. Will definitely be ordering from them again

I personally reviewed your provided order number. You had ordered (1) of the ACL 90-96 Honda 4 2156cc (F22A/B) 2259cc (H23A) 0.50mm Oversized Main Bearing Set. I confirmed the sku on your shipped bearing set was #5M1937-.50, the same sku assigned to the main bearing set you had chosen with your placed order. Our service team received an email about an hour ago from you suggesting you ordered the .20mm option and received the .50mm by mistake. I am baffled by the suggestion as it sounds like you understand how to properly read measurements. If you still need the .20mm kit instead, we are happy to ship this one to you. Perhaps in the future, it may be wise to ask our support team for assistance prior to ordering your parts? We understand the engine parts market can be tricky. This is why we have several certified mechanical engineering specialists on staff who are happy to help guide you when ordering your parts. By ordering on your own accord without any contact attempt to our team, it is difficult for me to recognize fault on behalf of 10 Second Racing. Nonetheless, we are still happy to help you with the correct item you need. Please monitor your email over the next few minutes. You will receive a follow up private cart to checkout on the for the .20mm main bearing set for your Honda.
To quickly address your concern related to the customs forms, those forms are not for you. They are intended for customs officers use only. We included (3) forms atatched to the outside of each package when it is shipped internationally away from the US. Sometimes those forms can naturally be ripped off by a middleman in the process (they shouldn't be removing it, just laziness for those who don't feel like taking one form out). I confirmed we emailed the aossicated customs officer the invoice and replacement customs forms 10 minutes after receiving an email from them.

Excellent customer service
Update as of 2/21: Shortly after I received the updated response below, my order was shipped and at my door days later. Despite the initial miscommunication I am thrilled with this result, great customer service!!
Ordered a mount kit almost 2 weeks ago that the website said was in stock. Okay great. Well a week goes by, no update or shipping information. I reach out to customer service and am told to standby for a tracking number or further update. 5 days later, no response including to follow up messages regarding the status of the order.
I'm hoping this is simply a lapse in service, an instance of something falling through the cracks, and would be happy to update this review if/when my order ships.

I personally reviewed your order history to better understand your experience. You ordered (1) of the ISR PERFORMANCE HYUNDAI GENESIS LS MOUNT KIT. This product is labeled as 'Manufactured to Order' with an estimated 6-8 week build time. I am unsure where you saw a label with 'in stock' as this item is a special order build only with ISR Performance. It cannot be produced in mass and stocked.
I reviewed an email thread between yourself and our Order Updates team last week when you inquired for an ETA. Our team clarified the same message in this item being built to order with several weeks left in the build process before it was expected to ship. I am also unsure which messages you are alluding to regarding a tracking number. There was only one inbound email submitted from yourself which was answered within an hour the same day.
