Absolute scam. Placed an order in October 2023 with lead time 16 weeks. Paid full in advance by banking card as this was the only availaible payment method. In may 2024 (after 7 months from order) they had asked to wait more time. Canceled my order in August 2024, after almost 1 year, refused to send funds back by standart swift payment without any well known reason, just saying they cant. So I have forced to order some produts from them for just get my money back. Sent them new order items in august 2024. After new order - informed that UPS can't ship to my address as they cant find it(In November 2024). Asked for some proof of this communication or put in CC on email UPS agent -ignored. Replying only on emails 1 time per 1 week. Tried to call - nobody picking up phones, said on email later that i cant call to them from abroad. Order amount almost 10,000 USD and its more then 1 year passed I do not have my cash back and I do not receive any items. Have a proof of emails showing that they just not going to send anything or refund. Going to put a claim to Crime Investigation Centre in Jan 2025. Order ID #2719

I had a great experience from start to finish. Although there were some delays with my package shipping from the US to the UK—likely due to ongoing drone issues in the US—I stayed in touch and received quick responses. The item arrived in perfect condition and was exactly what I sought. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from 10 Second Racing again! Thank you very much!

i apologize for my previous review. The support team was good with communication as far as timing. However it still isn’t a good situation from the companies end. As a customer it’s probably not a good idea to have products listed on the site for purchase. If it wasn’t even available in the first place. Other then that the support team was very nice. I’ve said multiple times I’m not trying to be mean or rude. But at the same time from a customers side it was not good what this company did.

Sebastian, I read your entire email thread with our service team regarding your order. Your brake kit was shipped to you immediately after placing your order. Upon delivery, you sent an email to support claiming you received the wrong rotors. Our service team asked you to verify your Year/Make/Model as well as the design of the rotors you preferred. Instead of communicating like a civilized adult, you threw a temper tantrum. Our team continued a professional conversation with you even past this point in an attempt to resolve your inquiry to no avail. You are still welcome to return the rotors you received by submitting an RMA request to our support team. Regardless if you decide to keep the rotors or return them, you are no longer welcome to place new orders with 10 Second Racing. Found 10 Second Racing when I was looking for brake pads for my Kia Stinger. They had a good range of solid options at prices you can only dream of here in the UK. They also have a lot of other tempting upgrades for my vehicle which makes them stand out from the rest. The website is informative and the ordering process was simple with regular updates on progress. Wouldn't hesitate in returning based on experience so far. Also note, they cover modifications for a vast range of manufacturers

On July 30, 2024 (Order #3905), I purchased a set of Summer Tires from 10secondracing.com. Despite initial updates and estimated timelines, I never received any shipment confirmation or tracking information. I contacted them and expressed my willingness to wait, even agreeing to wait until mid-September. However, the order continued to be delayed. By October 1st, I requested a full refund due to the unacceptable delay. Unfortunately, there's been no progress on the refund as of today, October 19th. Be wary of doing business with 10secondracing.com. Their communication and customer service are severely lacking, and their estimated timelines seem unreliable. My experience resulted in a two-month wait with no product and a struggle to get a refund to this day.
