To clarify, you were not charged a restocking fee for this order, you were charged a redirect fee from UPS after submitting the cancellation request for the order. The X-Pipe was prepared to ship after the 7-day fabrication lead time as stipulated to you on the day of your order. If you had decided to wait the full 7-days, you would now have your x-pipe in hand. The redirect fee was actually $30 and we split the cost in half as a courtesy. You are welcome to submit a new order if you still wish to receive this item.
