Truly awful company with terrible customer service. They ‘Dan’ service manger is refusing to provide a refund, even though they were unable to provide the item purchased. It is unbelievable that a company can steel money and think this is acceptable. I want to let as many people know not to use this company, they are crooks!

Advertise if the product isn't available in 3 business days, a refund is offered. Told me the product was expected the week of the order, dragged on for 3 weeks and still nothing. Eventually cancelled the order, they keep 10% for an off the shelf item. Then they stopped responding to emails. Would never order from them.

This product is not sitting on a shelf, it is made to order with Nitrous Express. Our team updated you of this product status before processing your order as well throughout the fabrication process. After waiting several weeks, you submitted a request to cancel the order. Nitrous Express notified 10 Second Racing the cancellation was subject to a 10% restocking fee. Our team asked you to confirm if you wished to proceed with the fee or to ship the product. You confirmed via email you wished to proceed with a refund. We proceeded to refund the order minus 5% of the total fee and split the cost with you as a courtesy. You were not charged 10%, you were charged 5%. If you would like to try another nitrous system we have in stock on our shelf, which is not made to order with a manufacturer, please email us to provide a list of options. Ordered a set of exhaust tips that I was struggling to find elsewhere. being in England I expected a longer delivery time (a month) and everytime I asked for an update I would get a response no longer than a day later! Great service all round cannot fault- and the product is just what I wanted
