This was my first experience renting a storage unit. The help I got over the phone was amazing. When one location did not have units available for me, the customer service rep helped me find a nearby location. She explained the insurance options, the monthly rental costs, everything. We were able to complete this over the phone. It was easy. I came away with access codes to a unit that I am looking forward to visiting this week.

Nothing but attitude
We had trouble getting out of the complex the first time using the gate. We call customer service a number of times and they always acted like we were bothering them. I called to follow up on the work order and again the agent treated me with so much attitude. I am very disappointed with my experience. We are renting a unit for our son for the summer to put his dorm things in and I was setting up the unit over the phone given I live in Florida and every time I called I was greeted with the same attitude, except for the last time I called the new person was actually helpful. I have half a mind to drive the 7 hours to North Carolina just to move my son's things out to a different storage facility. We won't be using your company again.

Hello TThomas, We sincerely apologize for the experience you've had with our Customer Care Team. This is the first we're hearing of these issues so it comes as a surprise to us. We pride ourselves in providing clean/secure facilities for our tenants, which also comes with the expectation that our friendly team is available to help whenever needed. However, we can assure you we've opened an investigation to be certain we are staying up to standard. After reviewing all account notes, and the recorded calls, we are a little unclear as to what may have occurred all calls seemed to be cordial conversations.
