My moving experience
My rental experience was very smooth and easy after i got past all the misinformation that the people who are not employees of 10 Federal they just make reservations for units available. The rental experience with 10 Federal and their employees was a very simple and quick ,the lady gave me all the details about the unit and the specials without me asking about them .+

Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage. We coordinated and reserved a spot to store our boat. This was important since we were driving across fhe country and had no where else to store it. We were assured the space we reserved was for a "boat." When we arrived, the spot was clearly not for a boat. There was no way our boat would fit. When we called back, the representative stated the spot was not for a boat, despite being assured multiple times prior to this, that it was. This cost us a ton of time and energy. . I will never deal with this company ever again. In 2021, dishonesty is unacceptable.

The dimensions of our parking spaces are listed on our website, and they are generally communicated by our Customer Care team as well. We are sorry if that didn't happen as we understand it's been quite an inconvenience. However, we understand the boat size was not discussed to ensure the sizing will be a right fit all around. Efficient, well-run facility
The online process for renting and moving into my space was extremely smooth and efficient. The facility is well kept, secure and clean and entry and departure from the facility is easy and flawless. This is a well-run facility that provides great value for the price.

Access to the storage is around back…
Access to the storage is around back and it wasn't on the page. It's kind of difficult to push the carts up the hill and over the hump when loaded. Other than that it was very clean inside. The temperature was perfect and it was easy to find our unit. Also only enough room for 1 person in the halls so if someone is picking or unpacking a unit it's difficult to get by.

The service attendant was awesome
The service attendant was awesome. His professionalim and knowledge of the process were amazing. The storage itself was dirty and crawling with lizards and spiders
