Out of this terrible place!
I finally got all my stuff out of storage at this horrible place. I started with the Valdosta location back when the local owners had it and it was a great place to keep your stuff. Then 10 Federal took over, and my rent went up. Then they forced me to pay insurance on each of my units. Then when I moved out of one they vacated the wrong unit and said I would have to sign a new agreement for the one I was still in because of their mistake. They also raised the rent again! When I went to get the last unit cleared out, they had cut MY LOCK and put theirs on the unit, even though I was paid up for the whole month. They don't care about you. They are way over-priced and under serviced. NEVER use this place for your stuff! You'll be sorry!

Hello David: We appreciate your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the issues you've encountered. We base our rental rates on the current market. We try to be as competitive as possible with our rates - offering some of the most affordable storage units to our tenants. As with most storage facilities, we do push through a yearly rental increase which is generally no greater than 5%. We factor in many different items which help to make our decisions on the increase. This is done to keep up with the maintenance of the facility so we are able to continue providing a safe and secure location for your belongings. With that said - sometimes break-ins are inevitable. Even with 24/7 surveillance and routine maintenance visits, a break-in may occur. This is the reason we require all tenants to carry our protection plan, or provide a copy of private insurance. We never want to see our tenants lose their items. In any case, if a break-in does occur - or if a unit is found to be left unsecured - we will add a DaVinci Lock to the unit to ensure security. The lock is remote in that our tenants can obtain the unlock code at any time once the account is verified online. If you feel your unit may have been broken into, please contact us asap so we may walk you through the proper steps in submitting a claim for any damages. We truly care about each and every one of our tenants and the safety of their belongings. From offering competitive rates and incentives, we find that we are helping our tenants in finding the right space for them. We hope to get the chance to make it right. -Management
