I had a hard time getting through and…
I had a hard time getting through and on my first call I was not told about a waiting list. My second call told me about a waiting list and that I would get a call when a unit was available but I never did but I found one online. I made a call to customer service regarding the davinci lock because it was not spelled out on the lease and was able to get the info I needed fairly quickly but I think that should be spelled out on the lease.

Unprofessional
They gladly took my money, but slow to help. Got to the unit to move in and pulled up to the unit, opened it with the code they gave me and it was full of someone else’s stuff. Called and had to wait for 40 minutes for a resolution. Completely unacceptable, my time has more value than sitting around waiting for them to fix their mistake with no more than an I am sorry…

The facility is fine
The facility is fine, however the way the lock system is done is not efficient. there is a lock provided by the storage facility, with a serial #. You put the #into a website and the lock code is to be provided. This would be great, however it doesn't work. This is the second time the serial # is not recognized by the system and therefore no code can be provided... and of course this all happens during off hours and there is no customer service. When you are relying on the storage unit that day, it makes things a little tough.

We provide a DaVinci Lock to each tenant upon move-in. The overall feedback is how reliable, sturdy, and secure, our locks are which has been designed with tenant safety and automation in mind. This place sucks!!!!!!!!!!!
Gate is wide open, to fill out form was ridiculous!!!! Too expensive for the place and location.. People hanging out at storage, I didn't feel safe leaving my boat but we had already paid

We have 2 units
We have 2 units. Getting the rentals set up was easy and Andy has been great, very friendly and nice to work with. The prices are fair also. My problem, which I reported was with the terrible condition of the driving area around the units. We had to unload over a big hole filled with mud and water and the very large hole at the end of the lane jarred the moving truck so badly it almost hit the building and caused some glass breakage
