The online tool is very intuitive and helpful, but if you have any questions, their customer support agents are fantastic, professional, and extremely friendly and eager to help. They go above and beyond to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. A truly wonderful experience. The building site is very clean and well maintained. I did not use the kiosk, so cannot speak to how helpful it may or may not be. Building layout maps near the entrances/exits would be helpful for finding your unit the first time, but given how many there are, and the overhead exit signage, it is not so difficult so as to be anything more than a slight inconvenience. The loading areas are also located in very convenient areas of the building with good access from the road and units.

Not everyone is computer literate.Applying unit on line is cumbersome.Lets have alternate route.

10 Federal has mastered the art of no-contact rentals. The process was seamless and pretty easy. They provide you with everything you need. I would have given them 5 stars but I discovered on the day I was to pay and start my service that my reservation had been cancelled right after Noon. Luckily I got off early to make the payment and gain access so my unit was still available when I called at 1:30. It was disappointing that my reservation was cancelled without first giving me a call. My confirmation email did not give me a deadline to make the payment, it just said it was due 9/24. They cancelled it on 9/24 at noon and I went to pay and gain access at 1:30 only to discover my account login was not active. The representative was able to remedy the situation very quickly and we continued the process without issue.

Very reasonable prices for storage units compared to others, close to our house. Everything on getting our storage unit was done over the phone. Storage unit was clean.

There needs to be someone available overnight if your going to offer 24hr availability for rentals. We rented a storage unit but weren't emailed the lock combination to gain access. The phone just goes to an recorded line with no help available?

Crystal and other agents were most helpful when initially using the storage facility. The code originally given me would not open the gate and then I had similar problems with the lock on the unit. Your agents were instrumental in talking me through it all to enable quick and easy access. Thank y'all!

Storage units needed blowing out due to dust and dirt, locks were missing on one unit and I had to buy my own, big pot holes made it hard to drive thru the lot. Glad maintenance is scheduled for the lot soon but it was really bad. Grateful for the large sized units. Good value for the price. Convenient location.
