Hi Glenda, Thank you for your review! We apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced. The unit doors have been made wide enough to fit almost all types of furniture. We have learned over the years that it is all about positioning the furniture. If you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Support. Thank you for your continued support. - 10 Federal Mgmt

Hello Kathryn, We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. I have checked into your account to gain a better understanding of what occurred. I see that you were charged a late fee because a payment hadn't been made since the beginning of August. Nonetheless, it looks like our Customer Care team removed all previous lien and late charges that were added for non-payment. We did increase your rental rate as this will happen once per year if your rate is far below market rate, in order to meet the facility demands. We generally don't increase the rate much when we do. I show that your rate was increased to $97; however, you also have the protection plan on your account for $4.99 which brings you to just over $101 as you mentioned in your review. Please understand that all tenants are required to provide proof of private insurance or they will be enrolled in the protection plan to ensure your belongings are kept safe (listed in your lease agreement for reference). I also show that a detailed invoice l is emailed to you monthly prior to the next payment due. Please be sure all information on file is current so you will receive anything sent to you. I see that we've spoken with you several times so we are happy to discuss further if needed. We hope this helps to provide clarity to your bill. Do not hesitate to reach out for anything further you may need. Thank you! -10 Federal Storage Management

Hello Kat, We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced at our facility. This is the first we are hearing of someone attempting to break-in to the units recently. If we experience any security/safety issues we will always contact the local authorities for assistance. Additionally, this is the first we are hearing of cut locks and broken glass around the facility. We have been on site multiple times throughout the week and have not seen this. Please do not hesitate to reach out to discuss further. Thank you for your understanding. -10 Federal Storage Management

Hello Mr. English: We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced when attempting to move-in to your unit. I've gone ahead and credited your account for the amount you paid on move-in due to no access. We also show that you'd like to close out your account. Someone from our team will reach out asap to discuss and see how we can make it right. We've reviewed your account to gain a better understanding of what occurred. We do not see where our gate had technical issues. Our maintenance team visits the facility on a weekly basis, and our Call Center team visits it daily. We are not aware of any gate issues that have occurred to prevent access at this time. However, we can assure you we will continue to look into this to be certain there isn't an issue elsewhere. If there's anything further we can do please do not hesitate to reach back out. Thank you. -10 Federal Storage Management

Joyce, Thank you for your 4-Star Review! We are looking into adding more lighting to the facility to better light up the property at night. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. -10 Federal Management
