I’ve received great customer service both on the phone and at the storage location. Each time I’ve called the person answering the phone was knowledgeable and courteous. At the storage location the gentleman was very courteous and kind offering to help me find my storage unit.

I reserved my unit online & the process was quite easy. My unit was ready for me right away, with complete access. Moving in, I had a few questions, called & had a great experience with customer support. I highly recommend 10 Federal Self Storage & the use of their fully automated system is genius!

Over all I would have given A+ 5 stars but I spend more time trying to get in the gate and exiting then I spend in storage. Please fix the gate, I choose your facility for the extra security and its just not there.
