I have been renewing a website with this company for years. Every time, I get the best help from one of the employees, Cory. He is always extremely patient with all my questions and determined to resolve any issues I may have had with the website. Because of the care he shows, I am a returning customer knowing my domain needs are in good and secure hands.

Hi, Thank you for explaining this situation to us. We see that you let your domain go and are no longer a paying customer. When you chatted with our support team on our website about deleting your account you were entered into our email system. As of 4/20/2020, your account has been deleted. All email addresses listed on your account have been removed from our contact lists, and the information will be removed from our system. The email you received on 4/27/2020 was the last email you will receive from us. We understand the frustration of deleting your account and apologize for the inconvenience. Since we have completed your request, we hope you will consider removing this review. It would be greatly appreciated! And we hope you consider us again sometime in the future. Best regards, 101domain

one of the worst registrar ever. customer support is rubbish. they don't understand your problem and respond with canned answers. for every issue they answer it will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. they over charge you on domain renewals. misleading claims on website.

Hi Bella Fa, We are sorry to hear this is how you feel about your experience with us. We have been unable to locate your account with the information you have provided. However, we take your feedback seriously. If you would like to reach out to us directly at [email protected] we will look into your issue, as our support team is always trying to learn and improve. As far as over-charging on domain renewals, we can assure you we are transparent about our pricing. You can find the price for new domain registrations, renewals, transfers, and an entire price list for all of our domains on our website. The only reason for charges on renewals is when a domain name has expired. Even then, we will always try to recover your domain name during the grace period (if they are offered by the domain registry) before you are charged a redemption fee. Please let us know what we can do to improve your experience. We appreciate your business and look forward to hearing from you so we can find a solution together. Best regards, 101domain
