101domainReviews of 101domain.com

101domain, provides high level real intelligence(RI) for its technology support of its products. I have been a customer for a number of years a(10 years), they stick it out with its customer base and are loyal. All I can say is excellent, Great and best of the best! My military brothers would yell OOOh RAAAH for 101domain! In Christ Holy Service Lt. Helen

The account deletion absolutely s*cks, You need to Google what to do and then you have to create a support ticket in a specific category mentioning the account.close domain, then you have wait for them to reply, reply to the ticket to confirm that you want to cancel all services (even if you don’t have any) and then they still send you emails “verify your account contact update request” “ If you do not verify this information, your request may be canceled or the change reverted. If this request is related to new domain name purchases, your domain names may be suspended after 15 days after the original request without verification.” what do I do with this? JUST DELETE THE ACCOUT IF IT DOESN’T HAVE ANY SERVICES AND ADD A BUTTON INSTEAD OF REQUIRING A SUPPORT TICKET

Extremely Disappointing Experience with This Domain Provider I recently attempted to register a .al domain through 101domain and encountered an unacceptably poor process from start to finish. First, I confirmed that the domain was available across all local registrars. I submitted my order promptly and provided all required documentation for identity verification. Despite meeting every request in a timely manner, the provider abruptly canceled my transfer. Key Issues: Unjustified Cancellation: No reason was given for terminating the transfer after I complied with every verification step. Lock‑Out Effect: By canceling the transfer, they effectively blocked me from securing the domain elsewhere. I expected a professional, straightforward process when registering a country‑code domain. Instead, I was met with disorganization, indifference, and needless delay. I cannot recommend this provider to anyone who values clear communication, reliable service, and respect for their customers’ time and projects. Bottom Line: If you need a .al domain—or any domain, for that matter—look elsewhere. This company’s mishandling of a simple verification process has cost me both time and confidence. Here is their Justification via Email: "Unfortunately, we had to cancel and refund your order because it turns out the domain name is already registered to another party or reserved by the registry. We sincerely apologize for getting your hopes up. As you may know, 101domain.com provides registration services for the largest selection of top-level domains (TLDs) available anywhere. We offer the most exotic country code domains (ccTLDs) and the newest domains on the market that our competitors don’t. Not all registries operate the same and because of this, we are sometimes unable to connect to a registry properly. This can lead to incorrect search results, as you have experienced with your recent purchase of NJOFTIME.AL. We understand your frustration in this matter, but we can assure you it does not happen often. We want to thank you for your business and would love the opportunity to make it up to you moving forward. We are always trying to improve. If you have any feedback about how we are doing and what we can do better, please share your thoughts with us!""" UPDATE: IT IS TOTALLY A SCAM COMPANY. CAUSE THE DOMAIN WAS AVAILABLE ON ALL DOMAIN PROVIDERS. AFTER I INITIATED THE ORDER ON 101DOMAIN IT WAS TAKEN BY THEM. I DON'T KNOW WHAT KIND OF GAMES THE PLAY WITH VALUED DOMAINS AND NEVER BUY FROM THEM CAUSE WILL STEAL YOUR VALUED DOMAIN NAME. AND AFTER THAT IT WAS NOT MORE AVAILABLE ON ALL PROVIDERS. THESE GUYS PLAY DIRTY.

I bought an albanian domain name, then realized it was missing a letter so i bought another one to get it right. After buying the second one they were having an issue with domain for some reason, turns out it was registered to someone else but they sold it to me anyways. So I have them refund that to me and i was just going to make due with the other spelling. but i was noticing i was having issues with the nameservers on that one. I started getting a ton of email notifications for 101 domain seeing that they cancelled BOTH domains. when i messaged support asking why. You'll never guess. it was registered to someone else too! but they had no problem taking my money twice and in seconds, but guess how long i have to wait to get my money back? you guessed it... 5-7 working days. Im not going to go into how the support staff just kept running aroung and wouldnt anser my questions. i work in tech and this was the worst experience i ahve ever had with a company, and those of you that work in tech know the nightmares that come with it. Buying a domain shouldnt be one of them!

I purchased my website with the .MY Trustee Service from 101domain.com almost two years ago, and they have been great! Their service is always reliable and professional, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. While the pricing is a bit high, I wouldn’t trust anyone else for this service—who else does it better than them? If you need a .MY domain, 101domain.com is the only platform I rely on. Highly recommended!

thats a fraud. they set autorenewal for you and then charge you 2 months before actual renewal with no refund. cheap tricks to get your money

I Have been using 101domain since 10 years, all i can say is that they are one of the most reliable domain name service providers. They follow up on every service request, and never leave any pending issue un-solved. One of the best things i enjoy is that you have access to register domain name with extension you cannot find anywhere else. example: .me, .sa, .ac , etc... Simply amazing. Thank you

Charged a $150 renewal fee after our credit card expired. It was impossible to pay this fee as there was no link on the site or an email. Would never use again if I had to.
